Post-Purchase Policy


Post-purchase policy:

After receiving the goods, if you are not satisfied with our products, you can contact customer service within seven days to make changes.

Please provide the reason for the return and the information received. Our customer service team will review the return application and once approved, we will send further instructions.

Only products purchased directly from are accepted. For items purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them directly to receive them again.

Returned merchandise must be kept in its original packaging, including all accessories, instructions and documentation.

Returns cannot be used and must be in the same original packaging as the goods we sent you, including all accessories, manuals and documentation. We will not accept any stains, wrinkles, damaged seals and damaged products. If our shipping conditions are not met, we reserve the right to non-refund or exchange. Individual custom products are not supported for replacement or replacement.

Return shipping charges will be paid by you or non-refundable.
