Order FAQ

 1. When will my goods arrive?

All shipments are sent from China and are expected to arrive within 7 to 20 days. please wait patiently.

2. Is the warranty OK?

If there is any problem with our product, please return it within 7 to 15 days. Shipping costs are not supported. Freight is your responsibility.

3. Cancellation policy

Customers can cancel their order before delivery, please contact our customer service at XCbusiness@xiaochish.com. However, once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our return policy will take effect.

4. The price is too high, can it be cheap?

I'm sorry, I gave the best price.

5. Where can I find customer service?  

You can use Facebook's own Fever-spirit letters (at the bottom of the page), or you can reply to your question via email XCbusiness@xiaochish.com and we will respond to you in a timely manner.

6. When will there be a discount?

7. Purchase restriction policy:

Due to the popularity or limited supply of certain products, Fever-spirit may limit the number of products to be purchased. Even if you place an order, we reserve the right to change the quantity available for purchase at any time. By mutual agreement, shipping is the responsibility of the shipping company after ordering.
